We’re looking for Design Partners

Your team’s time is too valuable to be buried under repetitive L1/L2 tickets. Theo Helpdesk helps your Service Desk scale smarter, automating common issues with AI + human oversight, so you keep control, stay secure, and serve faster.

We’re inviting a small number of US-based MSPs (revenue between $5–$12M) to shape the future of Theo Helpdesk. You’ll get exclusive early access, provide feedback, and work side-by-side with our team to influence the product direction.

Ideal Design Partners Are:

  • Passionate about improving operational efficiency

  • Actively seeking ways to reduce ticket volume

  • Running teams of 3–15+ techs with heavy ticket load

  • Using tools like ConnectWise, SuperOps, IT Glue, NinjaOne, or AutoTask

  • Open to piloting with cutting-edge AI software

The Vision behind Theo

We’re building Theo to be the first AI helpdesk co-pilot that actually understands the reality of MSPs: messy tickets, overwhelmed techs, and constant pressure to do more with less.

Theo doesn’t replace your people. It frees them up to do higher-value tasks by:

  • Flagging tickets for human review (not blindly auto-resolving)
