By using the Theo AI (runtheo.ai) service ("The Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

3. Using the Service

5. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Async Labs is not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the Service, up to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Async Labs and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
